My name is Denisse Cardenas, born in Tomball, Texas and raised in Northwest Houston for most of my life until the purchase my home in Cypress. I have an amazing husband whom I started a life together in 2007 and now have three beautiful children and our Beagle. My family and I have attended a faith-filled, local Hispanic church in Northwest Houston for more than 20 years where we have grown and learned so much to now being youth leaders.

Soon after graduating Cypress Creek High School in 2006, I learned many aspects of customer service through a retail company, further, at a worldwide petrochemical company and then refined these skills even further through employment at a municipal district in Cypress.

For more than a decade, I have excelled in customer service and with that knowledge and experience, I am excited to now be part of a fast-growing brokerage with great leadership to assist in purchasing, selling, and investing of properties. It would be my pleasure to be your professional real estate agent, assisting you in acquiring your dream home. My business is built on dedication, communication, and transparency. Contact me for all your real estate needs.

I am a realtor with a passion for helping people.  This passion led me to become an EMS Dispatcher for a team that operates across Texas.  Although this was very fulfilling helping others in crisis, I decided to switch gears and help people in a more long-term sense by helping them find their forever home.  As a fourth generation native Houstonian, I offer a unique perspective into what life is like growing up in Houston.  I believe this will benefit any new clients moving here for the first time.

I love Houston and could not imagine raising my two beautiful daughters anywhere else with my very supportive husband.  I pride myself in being an honest, fair, hard-working person.  I love to read, paint, and share my love of art with my children.

I look forward to helping you find your forever home.

Born in Sugar Land, I have joyfully lived in the Houston area my entire life. After graduation from Clements High School, I pursued an Associated Degree in Interior Design.

This choice of education compliments our desire providing clients with vision and ideas when they are looking at homes and when it comes to many of our rehab projects which we are constantly working on from Houston to El Campo. Beyond being a licensed Realtor since 2016, I have an immense passion for fitness, specifically endurance training for which I coach others and train myself, partaking in at least one-half Ironman and one full Ironman per year! And at the pinnacle of it all, I get to train and love on my three children, our Springer Spaniel, and little Great Dane.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, I received my Nursing Facility Administrators license. I worked as an administrator for almost 5 years, and also earned my insurance license selling long term care insurance. In, 2002, due to my husbands job, we moved overseas living in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada; Doha, Qatar; Cairo, Egypt; Geneva, Switzerland; and Dubai, spending 14 years abroad before moving to Sugar Land, TX.

Real Estate has always interested me. My husband and I have purchased 5 homes together. I love meeting new people and helping others. When you move as much as we have, you learn to think of moving from a different perspective, especially when moving on an international and even interstate level. With my experience in moving from country to country, I'm very interested in helping people who are new to the area. My extensive travels have given me a strong sense of empathy, so I enjoy working with people of different cultures and experiences. Other areas of interest and dedication is helping senior citizens and our military veterans.

I'm originally from Louisiana and my husband is from Maine. He works in the oil and gas industry, and we have 3 children. Our oldest is a French Professor and both our middle and youngest attend Texas A&M. I enjoy cooking, decorating, painting, hosting, traveling, and I have always enjoyed being active in our community and in the children's schools.
