The house that Brad helped us sell wasn't exactly your typical setup. It was a very unique property to say the least. Several agents had cancelled or "no showed" on us when we had first decided to put it on the market (my guess is they looked up the property and saw the difficulty it would present). This did not deter Brad from day one of seeing the house (beautiful home, just very weird property lines). He kept us informed the whole way, and once under contract he fought for us and made sure we weren't getting a bad deal or taken advantage of from the buyer.
